Executive search mandate aimed at identifying the Group Sales Director & CEO International for a fast-growing Italian Apparel firm, focused on high-end sportswear.
Starting from a distribution (mainly wholesales) that included Germany, Austria, Spain, Japan and Korea, in addition to Italy (that still represented the 75% of revenues), the Group was about to manage a strong international expansion, with particular focus on Asian markets, through both wholesale and retail channels (still to be developed).

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Definition of the commercial strategy for both domestic and international markets, focusing on brand positioning and development of distribution channels (retail in particular).
  • Adding value to the Group brand equity, acting together with the Top Management.
  • In the role of CEO International, the candidate is in charge of all the foreign branches, which will be opened in this expansion project.
