Organizational Assessment for a professional services firm, aimed at defining best practices in terms of organization design, internal procedures and client approach.
Project kick-off: extensive interviews’ session with the Senior Partners’, in order to collect the “as is” situation an work on future “expectations”.
The critical key point stands in the innate structure of the firm, which derives from the merger of different vehicles.
The “To be” session followed the interviews step, providing an integrated and harmonized solution in the light of respecting the common vision of the Partnership, yet better defining governance criteria.
