Qualified mapping and deep analysis of the clients’ value chain – generation, energy management & distribution – aimed at identifying the key roles, which will be affected by a digital transformation perspective.
Second step: executive search of Digital “talents”, suited for the selected roles.

The goal of the project consists in creating a new value chain, strongly “integrated” throughout the new digital technologies, in order to maximise efficiency, cost reduction, adaptability and sustainability.
