Physical Commodity Business Start-up

(2013 – 2014)

Multiple Executive Search mandate aimed at managing the start-up of the physical commodity business of a leading Investment Bank, part of a major domestic global banking group.
The Group was committed to an innovative strategic project, with the goal to strengthen their consolidated presence in the derivatives Commodity business, through the launch of the physical commodity trading business, initially on Gas.  The goal was to expand the existing platform with complementary and synergic physical trading and sales, with the view to cover the complete space and achieve the leadership in Italy and Europe.

This resulted in the Placement of
